About:

The Department of Commerce with Computer Applications and Information Technology was established in 2019. Our department offers specialized programs tailored to meet the growing demand for expertise in both computer science and accounting. By combining technical skills in computer applications with a strong foundation in accounting and business, students obtain a dual qualification that enriches their understanding of both the business and IT sectors, providing ample opportunities for diverse career paths.

We prioritize fostering robust industry-institution interactions to deepen students’ grasp of accountancy along with computer applications and information technology. Our curriculum is designed to adapt to the ever-evolving finance and computer sectors, equipping students with the knowledge to design and develop e-commerce and e-business systems. It ensures an awareness of the latest trends in these rapidly evolving technologies. Moreover, the Department’s Master Marketer’s Club hosts weekly club activities aimed at instilling these skills and knowledge in students.
