Key training initiatives led by the Placement Cell include comprehensive Soft Skills Training for all final- year students, conducting Group Discussion sessions, organizing on-campus interviews, facilitating placement opportunities with companies as part of the ‘Naan Mudhalvan’ scheme, arranging off-campus interviews, and administering assessment tests.
